MSCM Govt. College Thural , Distt Kangra H.P was established in 2005 vide notification No EDN-H(8)A (1) 2005- (Thural) Shimla-1 dated 12 Dec 2005 by Deptt. of Higher Education, H.P Govt is a pioneer of Higher Education in the area of Sullah Assembly Constituency. The motto of the college is, " Sa Vidya Ya Vimuktaye " It is a matter of great pleasure and honor to me to lead the college. At present this college has become exemplary in overall developmental activities for the students along with their academic needs of higher education to the best of satisfaction in arts and commerce streams. The fantastic amiable environment of the college, highly qualified and experienced faculty that strives to contribute actively the needs and aspiration of the college students. The highly committed and motivated Non-Teaching staff, Supportive PTA , high level efforts by all staff members have played dynamic role in shaping this institution as a leading institution of learning in the part of Kangra District. It is honor to say that the college students have whole heartedly participated in the all academic in the all academic activities. I look forward and welcomes you all to be part of MSCM Govt. College Thural, Distt. Kangra (H.P) for the new academic session 2020-21. I hope and request to you all that you will share the vision of the college and will help us to increase strength /enrolment of the students and will also help to maintain an amicable atmosphere where our students will flourish and will bring name and fame to this college and area , state and above all to the nation.
